She has extensive experience as a Social Scientist at the National Institutes of Health and as Director of Applied Research and Evaluation at a consulting firm. Notably, she designed a unique U.S. e-learning curriculum on Intimate Partner Violence/Domestic Violence Prevention and Response, training over 7,000 healthcare professionals. With a 5-year tenure in the Federal Government sector focusing on CDC, NIH, NSF, FDA grants, she then spent 6 years at Altria, leading research teams in Perception & Behavior Program development. Dr. Zdinak is recognized for her expertise in research evaluation and tobacco harm reduction, notably developing the Intentions to Use Scale. She founded Applied Research and Analysis Company LLC in 2015, offering tailored services in psychology, statistics, and behavioral science with a commitment to unbiased integrity for various industries.
