EVO NXT: Business Festival attracts NGP industry to Milan for the first time
Innovative event format launches on 3 April with a first-class programme line-up
EVO NXT, the innovative business festival for next-generation products (NGPs), returns for its third event next Thursday (3 April) as SuperStudio Maxi in Milan transforms into a hotspot for this young, dynamic industry for two whole days. The aim of organiser Messe Dortmund is to bring people together to set the course for the future, and that's what people will be setting their minds to with a mix of prominent exhibitors showing innovations and pioneering technologies, and with high-calibre speakers and plenty of space for input, dialogue and interaction.
Dortmund, 1 April 2025 – After two successful EVO NXT events staged in Málaga, Spain, this modern format is now heading to the Italian city of Milan, providing a unique platform for this rapidly growing industry. Here, prominent businesses and promising newcomers will meet with key visionaries, trendsetters and experts, and join together in sharing knowledge and experience as they analyse the industry in its present and future forms. The focus will be on the latest trends and developments in e-cigarettes, heat-not-burn products, cannabidiol (CBD) products, pouches and other smokeless alternatives, and indeed on challenges such as increasing political regulation and growing health and environmental awareness on the part of current and potential consumers.
Diversity of the industry reflected in four zones
In order to do justice to the sheer diversity of the NGP sector, the business festival is once again split into four thematic zones, each one offering deep insights into the different focal points. The
E-Zone will be all about e-cigarettes and their various components. It will feature international exhibitors such as
Absolute E-Juice,
Vont,
SKE,
Sikary and
Blendfeel.
The Green-Zone, on the other hand, will shed light on the many possible uses of hemp, with exhibitors including Cannashock, EUPHORIA and NARCOS. The Heat-Zone will be dedicated to the rapidly growing market for heat-not-burn tobacco products (HTPs) i.e. tobacco heaters and tobacco sticks giving consumers a modern, customisable vaping experience, with innovative products presented by companies such as BroadFar, REJO as well as Next Tröber Europe GmbH & Co KG which is something of an all-rounder that is also a good fit for the next zone ...
The O-Zone is the place for alternative nicotine products such as pouches and snus. The focus here will be on the various ways to consume nicotine without involving cigarettes and smoke. Whether it's innovative pouches with different flavours, various snus products or traditional snuff – companies such as Den Norske Snusfabrikken, Dholakia Tobacco, Luna Corporate, Landewyck and EVO NXT main sponsor ICE Nicopods will be showcasing the latest trends and developments in this part of the market.

Source of inspiration and knowledge forum
EVO NXT offers a platform for presenting new, innovative products and also acts as a great knowledge forum and a major source of inspiration. The industry is caught between the conflicting priorities of progressive regulation by policy-makers and rapid growth. It's this fast-moving situation that's also behind the subject matter focus of the exciting, big-name supporting programme, with topics such as (EU-wide) regulation, harm reduction, market analyses, trends and sustainability setting the agenda on the
EVO NXT Stage and in the
Vision Room. While the on-stage happenings focus on exciting keynotes and panels, interactive master classes and round-table discussions will be held in the Vision Room. The line-up of international speakers is made up of representatives from various industry associations as well as top companies in the fields of industry and science. The events below give a taste of the sound insights to be had into the key topics associated with the NGP sector.
Focus on regulation
National and international regulations continue to pose new and important challenges for players in the NGP sector, and so the EVO NXT information offerings also include a special feature, fittingly entitled
